You have the power to heal lives, communities and the planet. You may be one person, but your actions matter. You have the power to choose. Choose to be a leader.
Leadership development is the first step toward building a strong community. TGWF focuses our efforts on leadership training, capacity building and fundraising. We recruit and train local volunteers to serve as agents for change in their own communities. We work in cooperation with international volunteers who are willing to travel abroad to train local leaders or work in projects around the world.

Put your time and talents to good use. Donate your time and your skills helping nonprofit organizations and community leaders develop skills such as:
- Basic computer skills
- Fiscal management
- Letter writing and correspondence
- Database or mailing list creation
- Marketing and distribution
Show your gratitude for the many gifts and privileges you have been fortunate to experience and remember those who have been less fortunate. Whether you want to drop in for a week or put down roots, your time, talent and compassion have a profound effect on individuals, communities and the world.

Volunteer members may track local opportunities to serve and volunteer in their area of interest or expertise. TGWF may give you a list of organizations that are in need of volunteers, you make a choice of where you want to volunteer.
